Rafale comes to Rainbow Railroad with a strong background in project management, business development, and conflict resolution. Recently returned from three years in India with the International non-profit organization, Learn for Life. She focused on program development, project management, systems improvement, volunteer and HR coordination, professional coaching, and all around problem solver.
Rafale is multi-lingual and has a Masters in Business Administration, a Masters in Mediation and Conflict Resolution, a Bachelors in International Relations, and several professional designations which include PMP, PADI Scuba instructor, and Yoga teacher.
