Legacy Donation

Making a Legacy donation to a charitable organization is the most personal way you can support, and one of the most impactful. By donating to an organization as a part of your estate plans or Will, with a gift of life insurance, as a beneficiary on accounts like your pension, RRSP or RRIF, or through planned gifts of appreciated stock, you are telling that organization that it is an important part of your philanthropic legacy.

By making a Legacy donation to Rainbow Railroad, you are enabling our mission both now and long into the future, ensuring that your generosity will impact our organization for years or even decades to come. And often, leaving a Legacy donation means you can leave the same amount or more to your loved ones due to the tax reduction.

We rely on the generosity of supporters like you to meet our mission to help LGBTQI+ people escape state-perpetrated violence. In ~70 countries around the world, LGBTQI+ people face violence and persecution simply because of who they love or who they are. We help get them to safety, and your planned support will make this possible.

Gift of Insurance
