Swathi Sekhar is a refugee lawyer based out of T’karonto. For the last ten years, she has been running her own legal practice in T’karonto, focused heavily on issues related to immigration detention and 2SLGBTQIA+ migrant communities. She strives to ground all her work within an anti-colonial, abolitionist, migrant justice framework.
